By using our service, you acknowledge and agree to the following payment structure:

  • We charge an amount that is equal to the exact cost of the fishing license selected, which varies based on duration and eligibility.
  • We charge a service fee which may change from time to mine for access to our newsletter service. As part of this service, we provide updates and information related to fishing and boating. As a separate courtesy, we assist you in submitting your fishing license application at no additional charge.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

All fees are clearly displayed before you proceed with your purchase. By completing your order, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only available if we have not yet submitted your fishing license application. If your application has already been processed, no refunds will be provided.

To request a refund, you must email us at licencing@australianboatandfishing.com with your full name so we can locate your records. Refund requests made after we have submitted your application will not be honored.
